What to include when you sell candy for cash

  • Case pack, such as 12 bags per case or 36 bars per box
  • Number of cases and number of pallets
  • Best-by date for each lot, or a photo of the code
  • Your pickup ZIP code and whether you have a dock or forklift
  • Any inventory spreadsheet you already have, which you can upload
